“ Wow! A meal to remember! I booked online for a birthday dinner and they did a couple special touches to make it really special. Our table was perfect and every bite of everything was exceptional: new flavor combinations and classics done really well. Excellent service. We had cocktails, wine, a ton of shared plates, opted for the smaller portioned entrees, and two desserts.. no notes and zero regrets. Can't wait to come back. ”
“ Dining at Hyacinth was a true pleasure from start to finish. Bradon took amazing care of us, and we felt so pampered throughout the entire experience. This was our first time at Hyacinth, and we decided to stop in for a belated Valentine’s celebration. After reading the reviews and perusing the menu, our expectations were quite high, but I have to say that they were exceeded by the experience. First of all, the vibes were immaculate— cozy, elegant, and humming with energy on a Saturday night. I loved that it wasn’t stuffy or pretentious but still felt like fine dining. We decided to go all out and ordered a ton of dishes from the menu— NA sparkling wine, marinated white beans, scallops, squash crostini, roasted radishes, cacio e pepe, linguine a la puttanesca, and panna cotta. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted and full of punchy flavors. I loved the marinated beans with preserved lemon and a mix of herbs. I also loved how peppery the cacio e pepe was. The blend of textures in the squash crostini was excellent too. Many of the dishes had ingredients that aren’t usually my favorite, but they all shone in this context. I was skeptical of the scallop dish, because the texture of raw scallops is usually a turn off, but these scallops were fresh, buttery, and savory. The panna cotta was another star dish. It tasted like elevated rice pudding in the best way! My only small critique is that the cacio e pepe wasn’t as creamy as I had hoped. The pasta was perfectly cooked and so peppery, but I was hoping for a thicker sauce. The flavors were on point though. We loved our experience, and we left with full stomachs and a smile on our faces. Can’t wait to go back and try more fantastic creations. ”
“ This is a very cute bistro style restaurant. We made reservations last minute and were able to do an early dinner. Service was attentive without hovering—we each had a pasta and shared the snap pea and burrata salad. The salad was amazing, really light yet well seasoned. The pastas were both good—very much a homemade feel. They were good but not great, but I’d like to return and try out some of their entrees. Considering the tip is factored into the prices, the prices are pretty fair here. Finally, I should mention the decor is wonderful, really simple but cute. Would definitely visit again! ”
“ These days, I struggle with finding restaurants that are worth the high prices. Hyacinth is definitely one of the places that is HIGHLY WORTH IT!! Please do not skip out on the fried olives app. Those were delicious, and one of our favorites! The roasted carrots with ricotta & pesto were also so good. The Mezze Maniche was a good pasta option. The risotto al salto was probably my favorite dish of the evening, but if I ordered it just for one entree I would probably have been disappointed. I definitely recommend doing a family style dinner situation as the portions are not huge. We were able to try more options this way as well. I will go back to Hyacinth just for the fried olives and that risotto!!! The paris-brest pastry dessert with hazelnut creme mousse and hazelnut praline was the perfect end to our wonderful dinner. I would say that the service was a bit slow, but it was ok because we were visiting so it did not bother us. It's a small spot, so you should make a reservation to ensure that you get in. Definitely recommend Hyacinth to all! I will be back! :) ”

Fresh, flavorful and inventive twists to celery salad, Pam a cotta, risotto (fried - ab fab), scallops. Wait staff very helpful and professionally, yet not overbearing. Comfortable yet upscale feel and not loud or crowded. Will definitely come back. ”

“ Small but classy place. I loved the food. The tastes of everything from appetizers to dessert were very well balanced and leveraged different ingredients like yoghurt and tahini. I am from Mediterranean region and I would recommend this place who would like to taste nice flavors from the mix of Mediterranean countries and cuisines. We were group of four and tried different dishes and shared everything. 5 appetizers, 2 main dish, 2 desserts and 3 alcoholic drinks per person, we paid around 100 usd/person. ”
